Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ojaja II); business mogul, Chief Deji Adeleke; General Overseer, Freedom Apostolic Revival International Ministry, Prophet Samuel Adebayo Ojo, royal fathers and many prominent dignitaries are expected to at the unveiling of the third edition of the 'Yoruba Tooto' history book. The public presentation of the book will hold on Thursday April 16, 2026 at the Excellence Hotel, Ogba, Lagos. Author of the book, Pastor Kunle Babarinde, who is also the publisher of 'Yoruba Tooto' weekly magazine, said the book is the third in the series which chronicles the history of Lagos State; it will be unveiled in honour of President Bola Tinubu. Babarinde stated also that the event would also feature the formal inauguration of all members of the executive of the 'Yoruba Tooto' Multipurpose Cooperative Society across Nigeria. He explained further that publishers of Alaroye newspapers, Chief Alao Adedayo Agbedegbeyo, would review the book, while Residential Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Lagos State, Prof Ayobami Salami, would be the guest lecturer at the event. "The two previous editions of the book were about the history of some states in the South West. But the third edition that would be unveiled on April 16 is about the story of Lagos State; it was published in honour of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
