Fundamental human human rights are basic rights estranged in the Nigeria constitution which includes Every person has the rights to life and no one shall be deprived intentionally of thier life except in execution of a court sentence for a crime offense Right to human dignity Every individuals is entitled to respect for thier dignity and no one shall be subjected to torture , inhuman or degrading treatment Rights to personal liberty Every person has the right to personal liberty except in cases of lawful arrest , detention or restrictions of movement Right to fair hearing Every person is entitled to a fair hearing within in a reasonable time by a court or tribunal Right to private and family life The privacy of citizen ,thier homes, correspondence and communication is guaranteed and protected Right to freedom of expression and the press and religion Every person has the right to freedom of expression including freedom to hold opinion and receive Informations Right to peaceful assembly and Association Every person has the right to assemble freely and associate with others Right to freedom of movement Every citizens he as the right to move freely through our Nigeria and reside in any part Right to freedom from discrimination No citizens shall be discriminate against any one based on community, ethnicity, place of origin ,religion ,sex or political opinion Right to acquire and own immovable property Every person has the right to acquire and own immovable property genuinely, and also Right against compulsory acquisition of property No property shall be compulsory acquired except for public purpose and with prompt payment of compensation among others .
