Belgium APC re-affirms support for Tinubu's administration - Blueprint Newspapers Limited

Chairman of the Belgium chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ambassador Prince Folowosele, has reaffirmed the support of the chapter to the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The group stated that "the administration's reforms are bold steps aimed at securing a stronger future for the country." He said this recently at a stakeholders' meeting in Brussels, which brought together party leaders, members, and stakeholders to review the progress of the party and discuss strategies for strengthening its activities in the Diaspora. He encouraged members to remain united, disciplined, and committed to expanding the party's influence, while strengthening the structure of the APC Belgium Chapter. Folowosele described the party as "more than a political platform," emphasising that it "represents a movement driven by courage, reform, and determination to transform Nigeria." He noted that although members of the chapter were geographically distant from Nigeria, they remained politically connected and strategically relevant to the party's growth and development. He further urged members to move beyond routine meetings by building visibility, influence, and impact for the party in the Diaspora. According to him, history remembers participants who contribute actively to national development, not spectators. In his remarks, the vice-chairman of the Chapter, Remi Alowole Olaigbe, emphasised the importance of continued "discipline, cooperation, and commitment among members," while encouraging them to work collectively to address internal challenges that might hinder the Chapter's growth. He called on President Tinubu and the national leadership of the APC to put clear modalities and structures in place that will formally recognise and strengthen the participation of party members in the Diaspora.
