MTN Nigeria has announced the departure of non-executive director Mazen Mroue with effect from 27 February. Mroue has left in order to focus on other responsibilities within the MTN Group. Mroue is an experienced telecommunications and digital infrastructure executive with a career of over 25 years in Africa and the Middle East. He currently serves as CEO of MTN Group Digital Infrastructure, where he leads the group's mobility and fibre businesses and drives the execution of MTN's data centre strategy.
