Victor Osimhen scored the decisive goal as 10-man Galatasaray defeated Beşiktaş 1-0 in a fiery Istanbul derby at Tüpraş Stadyumu on Saturday night. The derby also saw Osimhen face his international teammate and Nigeria national football team captain Wilfred Ndidi. The 27-year-old played the entire match for Galatasaray, while Ndidi also featured for Beşiktaş, marking his 19th league appearance of the season for the Black Eagles.
